Nothing fits better into summer than this light and refreshing watermelon feta salad!
Step 1
Cut watermelon into wedges, cut out flesh and cut into cubes.
Wash, peel and quarter the cucumber and also cut into cubes.
Chop mint and parsley.
Step 2
Crumble feta into a large bowl and add ingredients from step 1.
Lastly, mix the olive oil and lemon juice and pour into the bowl as a dressing.
Season with pepper and salt and enjoy!
Enjoy your meal!
