My name is Charice and I am 26 years old.
I have had my diagnosis since 2017 and what was particularly stressful for me on the way to surgery was that the pain was limiting me and the lipedema was getting worse despite exercising.

That was me and my lipedema in stage I-II type 5:

This is me today:

I had conservative therapy for almost 3 years.

Then I came to LIPOCURA® and everything changed!

I wanted to say goodbye to my lipedema because I finally wanted to feel good in my body again and start a family.

Between then and now:

• 3 operations on legs, arms, back, stomach, chin and mons veneris and 22 litres of fat.
• I didn’t have any tightening.

Today I eat normally (cook fresh food myself) and do spinning, workouts, Zumba, walking as sporting activities.

My greatest excitement before the operation was that the lipoedema would really get better. A long charging cable was indispensable for me in the clinic bag. I am especially grateful for my lipedema journey that I was able to meet so many strong women and had a wonderful doctor who took great care of me.

To all those who are still in doubt about the decision to have surgery, I would like to say that it is really worth it and life is so much easier now. You simply have more joy.
